Job summary
An insurance brokerage firm in South Africa seeks a customer service professional to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires handling administrative functions, providing advice on risk and cover, and supporting claims processing. Candidates must have Grade 12, FAIS credits at NQF level 4, and at least 2 years of underwriting experience in short-term insurance. Qualifications
- Must have Grade 12 qualification.
- FAIS credits on NQF level 4 required as per FSCA requirements.
- Must hold RE5 (Representative) certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in short-term insurance underwriting.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction.
- Handle all administrative functions on existing member profiles.
- Upsell on existing business to increase revenue.
- Provide claims support and administration.
- Retain policies and customers through effective communication.
