Job summary
A leading hospitality provider in Soweto is looking for a dedicated guest service professional to enhance guest experiences. You will welcome and assist guests, providing high-quality customer service and managing check-ins/outs and payments. Essential experience includes customer relations and a strong command of English, while familiarity with hospitality tools like Opera is desirable. Qualifications
- Experience of managing customer relations face to face and via phone.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Customer service skills including phone and email interaction.

- Welcome and direct guests in a friendly manner.
- Provide high quality customer service.
- Check guests in and out and manage payments.
- Handle communications professionally and promptly.
- Ensure all bookings and correspondence are managed accurately.

- Handle problems that arise in an effective professional manner
- Working with all hotel departments to ensure guest expectations met or exceeded.
