- Build and deploy powerful, user-friendly cross-platform apps (Flutter / Dart) across mobile, web and desktop
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and lead best practices across the team
- Integrate APIs, ensure top performance, and create seamless user experiences
- Engage in peer reviews, technical decision-making, and agile collaboration
- Innovate within a secure, ISO-certified environment where uptime, data protection and traceability matter
- Contribute to full lifecycle development from concept through release, and continuous improvement
- 5+ years in mobile and / or web development
- Strong Flutter / Dart skills and solid understanding of UI / UX for cross-platform applications
- Experience with APIs, CI / CD pipelines, version control, and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Bonus : SQL, SQLite, Oracle, Kotlin, C#, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab, or other dev tools in your arsenal
- A natural problem solver, capable of clean architecture and scalable delivery
