Job summary

A leading life insurance company in Pretoria is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and manage the sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven management experience and knowledge of the insurance industry. Responsibilities include performance management, client services, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role is pivotal for achieving sales goals and strengthening customer relations.

Qualifications

  • 1 year relevant management experience is essential.
  • 6 months experience in the insurance industry required.
  • At least 6 months advice and intermediary experience in category A.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans.
  • Manage regional sales force including recruitment and training.
  • Evaluate staff performance and progress against goals.
  • Ensure branch offices project the required company image.
