    Job ResponsibilitiesFormulate innovative solutions for our high net-worth clients on their wealth journey whilst being aware of markettrends and variables that may impact their investment plansAchieve predetermined sales targets across the business by identifying opportunities in the client base to advise clients on NPWs approved investment, risk and banking solutionsAcquire new business for the portfolio in line with the Customer Value Proposition segment specifications and acquisition targets to increase market shareMaximise bank profitability and ensure value add to customers through cross-selling specifically focusing on wealth leads and lending opportunities.

This includes the complete spectrum of Transactional Banking accounts, Investment accounts,Foreign exchange requirements, Non-Resident, Exchange control and Offshore banking requirements.Maintain expert knowledge of all Nedbank Wealth's approved products, application procedures, processing, and timelines, whilst using this knowledge to drive relevant sales targetsInform and educate clients on products and services to ensure retention of existing clients, increasing sales revenue, and expanding the organisation's client baseCollaborate successfully across all relevant areas to achieve shared goalsEnsure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirementsStay up to date with relevant legislative amendments and industry best practices, as well as the Company's internal compliance proceduresEnsuring that the quality of advice remains high and consistent and in line with NPW's investment philosophy and approved productsContributing to sustaining a competitive edge through external networking, benchmarking, and representation on related forumsDeveloping networks and build alliances to grow and strengthen internal support basesProvide support and coaching the wealth managers, paraplanners and other staff as requiredLead team effectively and efficiently across the HR value chain including recruitment, performance management, retention of critical staff, succession planning, coaching and talent management.
