Main Activities

Procurement Strategy and Strategic Sourcing

Develop procurement strategies, including inventory management and risk mitigation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement aligns with business goals.

Vendor Management

Monitor and manage vendor performance using scorecards and structured reviews.

Collaborate with vendors for product improvement and innovation opportunities.

Cost Management

Maintain open-book costing with contract manufacturers.

Ensure competitive pricing through regular benchmarking.

Best Procurement Practices

Drive strategies supporting BBBEE objectives and corporate governance.
