What You Will Do

Establish the PMO from the ground up, setting foundations, processes, and best practices that will carry the organisation forward.

Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects, primarily software-focused, with the occasional expansion into other business‑critical ventures.

Work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Directors, ensuring transparency, accountability, and shared alignment across the business.

Serve as the custodian of delivery excellence — timelines, budgets, and outcomes are your palette, each needing the right touch.

What You Bring

Proven experience setting up and leading a PMO, preferably within complex, evolving organisations.

Demonstrated success in software projects and exposure to non‑software projects, giving you range and adaptability.
