We're hiring a charismatic Host to be the vibrant face of Zama Zulu, our traditional African themed restaurant concept at The Groves. This isn’t your average FOH host job — you'll be welcoming guests with big energy, unique flair, and a bold personality that fits right into our fantastical world. You're not just guiding guests to their tables — you're setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. Zama Zulu is a dynamic, upscale restaurant focused on delivering exceptional experiences. With a tone that is both playful and precise, we are seeking a host who is refined, engaging, and takes pride in showcasing Saudi hospitality with flair.

• Greet and welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and positive energy.
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the booking system.
• Maintain an organized flow of seating and table turns in collaboration with floor staff.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and managers.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with poise and efficiency.
• Maintain host stand appearance and ensure it reflects the brand's upbeat, polished image.
• Stay calm and effective in high-volume, event-driven service periods.
• Uphold Little Krazy's high service standards while keeping a friendly and energetic tone.

• Open to South African, Zimbabwean, Malawian, Kenyan nationals
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a host in F&B, hospitality, or event-driven environments.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Clear criminal and health record
• Warm, outgoing personality with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident body language.
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays, and during event periods).
• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
• Experience & adaptability in experience-driven or high-volume restaurants.
• Valid passport
