Description

We are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant / Senior IT Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure and Product Implementation. This role involves client-facing projects and BAU support, including 4th line support for Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, and Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure. The position is office-based.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Infrastructure and Product Implementation, with the ability to mentor a team and act as a technical escalation point. Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, you will be involved in supporting and implementing solutions across product, server, network, and application domains, working closely with external clients and internal stakeholders up to C-Level.

Skills required include Windows Server 2016/2022, O365/M365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, SharePoint, and virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V. Cloud experience is preferred but not mandatory. The role offers extensive training on client software and solutions during onboarding.
