Description

We are seeking a Lead Technical Consultant / Senior IT Engineer with expertise in Infrastructure and Product Implementation. This role involves client-facing projects, BAU support, 4th line support, and working with technologies such as Windows Server 2019+, O365/Azure, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, and Cloud/AWS/Azure. The position offers a salary range of 70-80K and is primarily office-based.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infrastructure and Product Implementation, with the ability to mentor a team and serve as a technical escalation point. You will report to the Head of Service Delivery and engage closely with external clients and stakeholders up to C-Level.

Skills required include: Windows Server 2016/2022, O365/M365, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, SCCM/SCOM, PowerShell, SharePoint, virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), and Cloud experience (AWS/Azure). Knowledge of bespoke applications is also desirable. Training on client-specific software will be provided during onboarding.

This role involves supporting and implementing solutions across product, server, network, and applications. You will own certain systems, troubleshoot issues, and become a Subject Matter Expert. Mentoring team members is also a key component.

This is an onsite role requiring engagement with clients and internal teams, including meetings and stakeholder management. You should be comfortable representing the business and contributing ideas.
