Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in building services QS role on projects.
  • Strong knowledge on MEP systems, cost databases (SPIR, BCI) and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain cost plans, BOQS, and cost reports for MEP elements.
  • Collaborate with design teams, engineers and clients.
  • Manage tender processes, evaluate bids and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor project expenditure, change orders and cash flow.
