We are looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator in Cape Town with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bid submissions, preparation of pre-qualification documents, and invitations to tenders, preferably in the construction / engineering consultancy or design sector. This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work on bid submissions for high-profile multidisciplinary projects in the Middle East and Europe whilst ensuring an exemplary level of quality, organisation, coordination, and communication skills are maintained throughout.

• Working closely with clients and divisional leaders to ensure an exemplary level of quality

• Solid understanding of bid writing, design, and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects
• A minimum of 5 years experience ideally working with an engineering consultant or architectural design firm
• Responsible for the coordination of bids with the Heads of Divisions
• Mentor other Bid Coordinators
• Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required
• Identify areas of improvement in the proposal process
• Confident in using all aspects of Microsoft Office Essential
• Experience with Adobe InDesign Preferred
