Job summary

A leading retail solutions provider is seeking an experienced Merchandise & Marketing Solutions Architect to design and integrate SAP retail solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of SAP experience, particularly in merchandising and pricing, and will work on-site in Durban with travel flexibility. This position is on a contract basis and involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP Solution Architecture roles.
  • Proven experience in Wholesale and Retail environments, preferably FMCG/Retail.
  • Deep understanding of merchandising, pricing, forecasting, replenishment, and retail processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP-based solutions for Merchandise and Marketing functions.
  • Lead solution architecture design sessions and ensure cohesive integration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Skills

SAP expertise across SD, MM, Pricing, F&R, and PMR modules
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
