Qualifications

• 2+ years in Account Management, Partner Activation, or Onboarding, ideally within SaaS.
• Confident hosting video calls and training sessions.
• Adept at identifying issues and turning feedback into actionable insights.
• Able to adapt communication style to suit different training needs.
• Proven track record of meeting performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual training and onboarding sessions with new partners.
• Educate salon teams on digitising their businesses.
• Guide partners through features and best practices.
• Ensure salons leave the onboarding phase as engaged users.
• Identify pain points and provide proactive solutions.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Track onboarding progress and software adoption.
