• Lead and manage busy workshop operations with a focus on fabrication, metalwork, boiler making, welding, and manufacturing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Min 5 years fabrication / metalwork / boiler making / welding / manufacturing experience
• 23 years in a supervisory or management role
• Proven hands-on fabrication, boiler making, and welding expertise
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding processes, tools, and finishing methods
• Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Trade Test / Red Seal in Fabrication, Boiler making, Welding, Metalwork, or Mechanical field (advantageous)
• Computer literacy (MS Office, workshop management / ERP systems)
