Responsibilities

• A Wellness Host is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of the wellness experience from promotion to completion of Guest Stay.
• This role involves prepping guest experiences, welcoming and guiding guests through their Wellness activities / stays, coordinating with various departments, and serving as the primary contact person for guests throughout their visit.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Beauty Therapy Certificate/Somatology or Administration Diploma is advantageous
