About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Warehouse Operations

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels. Assist in optimising warehouse layout and organisation for space utilisation.

People Management

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maintain high-performance standards and a positive work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner. Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring company policy and procedure adherence. Motivate the team to maintain high-performance standards and a positive work environment.

Fleet Support
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle activities for transportation and delivery.
  • Support the development and execution of effective route plans.
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in regular inspections and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.
About you

Education and Experience : National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed). Diploma or relevant certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 3 -5 years in a similar position. Prior experience in warehouse operations or a similar role preferred.
