Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Rustenburg, ZA

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor warehouse operations effectively.
• Ensure optimal resource usage and productivity across all areas.
• Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Work to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) continuously.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or senior management.
• Problem solve, negotiate, and address staff challenges.
• Continuously evaluate operations and identify potential problems or opportunities.
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork within the warehouse.
• Escalate incidents requiring management attention to the appropriate personnel.
