Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management, preferably within an FMCG environment
• At least 3 years’ proven managerial or people leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and transportation processes
• Hands‑on experience with WMS and ERP systems
• Solid understanding of inventory management, stock accuracy, and space optimisation
• Experience managing operational and cost budgets
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations (ISO experience advantageous)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
