• Relevant degree (essential)
• Proven warehouse management experience in Warehousing
• Strong skills in planning, organising, staffing, budgeting, and controlling operations
• Leadership and team management experience with a focus on performance and development
• Financial acumen and ability to make informed operational decisions
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and strong computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyse root causes, problem‑solve, and implement operational solutions
