  • Rotate stock according to FIFO principles.
  • Monitor expiry dates and report issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness in warehouse and storage areas.
  • Assist with deliveries according to the daily schedule.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects.

Warehouse Assistant, Stellenbosch

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock handling, efficient order preparation, and safe, well-organised warehouse operations.

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid South African driver's license (Code B)
  • National Senior Certificate / Matric
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum 1-year relevant warehouse or logistics experience
  • Forklift license will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, offload, and verify incoming stock against delivery notes and invoices
  • Inspect stock for damage and report any discrepancies or quality issues
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to customers and technicians
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and participate in regular stock counts
  • Rotate stock according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles
  • Monitor expiry dates and report short-dated, expired, or slow-moving stock
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in all warehouse and storage areas
  • Assist with deliveries and collections according to the daily schedule
  • Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the company vehicle at all times
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects or maintenance requirements
  • Assist with ad-hoc warehouse and operational duties as required
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and report any hazards or incidents
