This role is responsible for :
  • Overall responsible for developing the business based on customer needs, generation of order intake
  • Maintain effective communication within SGD and serve as the interface with Saab on Business Development matters.”

  • Overall responsible for driving excellence and efficiency in Sales and Marketing including Business Development
Your role :
Responsible for the following tasks / function :
  • Marketing, Sales and Bid Management
  • Business Development and Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Commercial Management
  • Implementation, compliance and adaptation of processes, methods, tools and training related to winning business, and business development, etc.
Sales and Marketing and Bid Management :
  • Overall responsible for order intake, developing strategies and pursuing new business in an efficient and effective manner
  • Conduct large and complex deals, coordinate marketing efforts and business development, leading to contract sales
  • Manage bids in response to requests (RFP, RFI, PQQ, ROM etc.) for proposals from customers
Refining the processes and working methods to :
  • Sharpen the Winning Business process
  • Ensure that CRM is effectively implemented and used
  • Create a Business Map for the SGD describing the products / solutions and markets in a simple and logical manner
Contract Management :
  • Lead negotiations with customers, relating to contractual issues, teaming arrangements, licensing arrangements and confidentiality agreements to deliver appropriate commercial outcomes
  • Undertake contractual management to maximise commercial outcomes and performance including advice on escalations, extensions, variations, and payments
  • Identify and manage commercial risks
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external customers
  • Responsible for ensuring that key commercial, legal and contractual issues are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner

Specialist Knowledge Required :
