Job Description: This is a remote position. Embedded recruitment support for clients based in the UK, USA, and Australia.

Location: Home based within South Africa. Hours: ******* per week, worked flexibly Monday to Friday.

About the Role

Within this role you will help to ensure our candidates experience a smooth and positive recruitment process, and that they are treated as people and not numbers, whilst supporting clients in the effective delivery of their talent acquisition strategies.

  • End‑to‑end management of recruitment processes

  • Interviewing and screening applications
  • Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates for niche and specialist roles
  • Creating, editing and posting engaging job adverts
  • Managing and updating the company LinkedIn page
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team

This is a delivery focussed role with no business development or sales expectation. If that is a skill you would like to develop or utilise, we can integrate that into the role.

Requirements
  • Highly computer and systems literate, confident using online tools and platforms
  • Detail‑oriented and organised, with strong attention to accuracy
  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly, and to manage and screen for a range of roles and requirements across them
  • Deadline‑focused, able to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively

Essential Experience
  • Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or as an internal recruiter for UK based projects or companies
  • Experience handling end‑to‑end recruitment projects within technical environments, environmental consultancy, engineering, or project development
