Travel Sales Consultant (Spanish) job vacancy in Cape Town.

Are you passionate about creating once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences? We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Consultant to design tailor-made, high-end itineraries across Africa. You’ll be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, turning their dreams into unforgettable journeys.

Salary: Up to R38k pm + Commission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design personalised travel itineraries for Spanish-speaking clients
  • Share expert knowledge of African destinations and luxury lodges
  • Manage bookings, payments, and supplier coordination
  • Provide exceptional support before, during, and after travel
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless service

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • 2–5 years’ experience in the tour operator or luxury travel industry
  • Proven track record in selling tailor-made travel experiences
  • Knowledge of Southern & East Africa and Indian Ocean destinations
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Experience with travel systems such as Kaptio, Globetrack, or Tourplan
  • Matric/National Senior Certificate

Desirable:

  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism
