A dynamic creative agency in Johannesburg is seeking a Traffic / Operations Manager to ensure project deadlines are met and processes are followed. You will be responsible for scheduling work, supervising team interactions, and maintaining high-quality creative standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an advertising/event agency and must possess strong project management skills. Willingness to travel and work overtime is essential.

Creative solutions (design, campaign, event marketing), events and experiences (events, conferences, activations, (SWAG and associated brand building (marketing services for associations i.e. newsletters, social media and marketing campaigns).
Traffic / Operations Manager.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to the agency process and to ensure deadlines are met and projects run smoothly (from CE to close out of project). This includes scheduling of all work, meetings, liaison between team members and supervising, coordinating and ensuring all deadlines are met in an orderly flow while maintaining the quality and creative excellence of the agency.
