Role
As a Trading Support Agent you’ll be supporting the delivery of a wide array of tasks to ensure all elements of trading are performed with optimal efficiency and profitability, covering as a reliable second line of support to our customer service and ultimately ensure that all Trading related queries escalated by our internal and external partners are resolved. This will help us excel at providing super class customer experience to stay ahead of the game.
