Job description

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site First Line Support role located in Durban. As a First Line Support team member, you will be responsible for monitoring incoming support requests and responding to help desk tickets promptly. You will also be responsible for resolving client issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues that clients encounter, incl. print, scan to email, etc.
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Experience in technical support or equivalent field
  • Experience in Windows desktop from Windows 10 onwards along with MS Office
  • Basic Office 365 experience is required
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience in customer service or support‑oriented roles is an advantage
  • Network knowledge
  • VOIP knowledge and support experience
