Our client is seeking an experienced, full-time Territory/Account Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This is a remote role focused on outbound lead generation, virtual customer engagement, and expansion of existing business.

You will own your territory revenue target, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and develop long‑term customer relationships through structured, high‑quality remote interactions. This role suits a self‑motivated salesperson who thrives in a digital sales environment and is comfortable owning both new business and account growth.

You will be responsible for:
  • Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets across existing customers and new business growth within your territory
  • Expanding existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross‑sell, and repeat purchase opportunities
  • Generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Conducting customer meetings via video, phone, and email to progress opportunities and close deals
  • Managing leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle using CRM
  • Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
  • Maintaining high‑quality, up‑to‑date CRM data
  • Selling the full Assay Genie product portfolio in line with company strategy
  • Using in‑house digital tools to identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers
  • Supporting and maintaining digital outreach processes
  • Adhering to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining strong technical and product knowledge through ongoing training
