Key Performance Area: Placing Sales Orders

Responsibilities

• Handling the Telesales function
• Taking orders telephonically
• Pre-Invoicing of orders
• Printing & Checking of load sheets
• Printing of invoices
• Customer service: Call handling
• Effectively addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• 2 to 3 years Telesales experience
