About the Technology Enablement Team

What you’ll learn as an Advania Technology Associate – Technology Enablement

You\'ll gain an extensive understanding of Microsoft technologies, developing a strong foundation across various tools and applications across the Microsoft stack. The role often involves working as part of a team, so you can expect to improve your collaboration and communication skills as well.

Some of the day-to-day activities that you will develop within this programme will include:

  • Helping to support the discovery, design, testing, implementation, rollout, and maintenance of new software and hardware solutions.
  • Working directly with our clients to help them get the most from their technology investments.
  • Collaborating with other teams to understand and meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Working collaboratively with senior colleagues on various projects, offering fresh insights and innovative ideas.
  • Staying updated on latest industry technologies, trends, and strategies.

You will also have time to pursue other educational opportunities for personal growth and professional development.

Your background

To set you up for success we’ll be looking for people with:

  • A passion for all things Microsoft
  • Minimum 6 months+ experience in a professional business setting or a relevant degree
  • Certifications/Qualifications in relevant technology areas, Microsoft applications or broader technology domains are desirable, but not essential
The Selection Process
