• Breakdown Response: Conduct pre-assessments and rapid equipment repairs
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring failures and implement lasting solutions
• Quality Assurance: Maintain 85%+ scores on housekeeping and safety audits
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in MDWT processes and team development

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications :

• N3 Level plus completed Trade Test in Electrical Engineering, OR Fitter / Fitter & Turner
• Company-standard introduction training (provided)

Experience Required :

• 2+ years in food manufacturing environment
• UHT Plant experience highly advantageous
• Proven track record in maintenance operations

Technical Skills :

• Technical drawing interpretation & electrical diagrams
• Electrical component installation & operation
• Advanced troubleshooting & problem-solving
• Equipment maintenance & operation monitoring
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP standards
• Understanding of OHS Act requirements
