Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Technical Support Manager to provide technical support for various security systems including CCTV and Access Control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, a GR12 qualification, and experience as a Support Technician. This role offers a salary range of R 15,000 to R 18,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum GR12 but Electronics/IT Technical Diploma or BTech degree recommended.
• Experience as Support Technician / Help Desk operator and working with clients.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, Gatemotors, and Electric Fence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical support for CCTV, Access Control, and other products.
• Manage technical issues with clients effectively.

• PC HW & SW, Networks and Basic Electronics knowledge / qualifications & experience
• Experience as Support Technician / Help Desk operator and working with clients
• Own vehicle and drivers license to get to work
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Alarms, Gatemotors and Electric Fence and able to technically support the products
