We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Chromatography Technical Quotation Specialist with fluency in English to join our dynamic team.
This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and commercial operations, ensuring accurate and timely quotations for chromatography instruments, consumables, and services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid background in analytical chemistry, and the ability to support clients across global markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing technical quotations for a portfolio of chromatography workflow products, collaborating with sales, product management, and internal teams to configure solutions, interpreting technical specifications, communicating with clients, maintaining quotation records, providing pre‑sales technical support, staying updated on product developments, and achieving specific targets set for the role and / or lead generation projects.
Prepare and manage technical quotations for chromatography workflow products portfolio (U / HPLC GC, AAA, Spectrophotometers, HPLC / GC Columns, Vials, syringe filters, safety caps, etc.)
Collaborate with sales, product management, and internal teams to configure solutions based on customer requirements
Interpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate commercial proposals
Communicate effectively with clients to clarify needs and provide support
Maintain quotation records and ensure compliance with pricing policies and commercial terms
Provide pre‑sales technical support and respond to client inquiries
Stay updated on product developments, pricing changes, and market trends
Responsible for reaching specific targets set for the role and / or for lead generation projects.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in chromatography or technical quotation roles
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Familiarity with chromatography instruments from vendors such as Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, etc.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., C4C, SAP)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
French and Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Experience in international quotation or tender processes
Knowledge of international quotation standards and regulatory compliance
Ability to manage multiple quotation requests under tight deadlines
Experience working in a multilingual or multicultural environment
Technical writing skills for proposal and documentation support
