About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of scaling mature platforms and building entirely new products from zero to one.

In this cross-company role, you will work across:

• HyperionDev, our established digital learning ecosystem used by thousands of students and mentors, and
• <נוb>HyperDev is our early-stage innovation arm building AI-powered tools and next-generation developer experiences.

You will play a critical role in evolving our core education platforms while also shaping the early product direction of new AI and automation-powered tools. This is a role for someone who enjoys both worlds, the structure and complexity of mature systems, and the pace, ambiguity, and energy of startup-style innovation.

What You’ll Do

HyperDev (AI Innovation & New Product Builds)

• Define and co-own the product vision and roadmap for HyperDev’s AI coding tool and亞將 platform.
• Prototype, validate, and ship fast, turning ideas into a live product and iterating quickly with real users.
• Work hands‑on with engineers and designers, going deep technically where needed.
• Experiment with agentic workflows, AI-powered SaaS integrations, and new ways developers learn, work, and code.
• Establish foundational product practices, rituals, and culture for a small, fast‑moving founding team.

HyperionDev (Mature Digital Learning Ecosystem)

You will lead the evolution of several core B2B and B2C platforms, including:

• Student Portal — central hub for learners.
• Mentor Portals — enabling efficient, scalable mentor support.
• Placements Portal — connecting students with meaningful career opportunities.
• Sign‑up Flows — intuitive, secure top‑iddel user journeys.
• Website & Payment Gateways — seamless transactions and content experiences.
• autobi SCC? Actually. — CRM, Student Support, Payments, Recruitment, and more.

Hyperion is a large, interconnected ecosystem. One of the biggest challenges and opportunities is proactively driving work forward across teams that aren’t always deeply technical.

We rely on the product to bridge the gap, translate technical context clearly, and turn ambiguous problems into actionable next steps.

To succeed, you will need to be:

• Technically fluent,
• Comfortable going deep into API behaviour, system design, and platform constraints,
• Effective at guiding non‑technical teams toward clarity and progress.

Your ability to operate at this intersection between technical teams and business stakeholders is essential to maintaining momentum across the Hyperion product suite.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as an individual contributor product manager with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Strong technical proficiency, ideally including hands‑on coding or deep technical familiarity (Python/Java preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with product discovery and agile delivery.
• Solid understanding of platform architecture, API integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical groups.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to drive progress proactively in ambiguous environments.

Extra points if you:

• Startup experience or zero‑to‑one product building.
