TECHNICAL OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR (EWORKS ESSENTIAL) Northern Suburbs, Cape Town
We're looking for someone who has solid experience supporting technical field staff and managing end-to-end service administration.

Responsibilities
  • Providing full administrative support to technical field teams
  • Managing job flow through EWorks (logging, tracking, updating, closing)
  • Coordinating call logging, job cards, follow-ups and completion
  • Ensuring internal clients are supported in line with the SLA
  • Maintaining internal quality assurance standards
  • Handling quotes, purchase orders and documentation
  • Keeping communication tight between teams, contractors and internal departments
Minimum Requirements (non-negotiable)
  • 3–5 years proven Service Administration experience
  • EWorks experience
  • Matric
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in: Business Administration, Operations Management, or Call Centre Management
  • Strong administrative and coordination ability
