Technical Creative Curriculum Manager (Remote)

We are scaling our creative delivery model and are searching for a Technical Creative Curriculum Manager—an expert who can translate elite graphic design and video production standards into a scalable, certification‑based training program for our global workforce.

What You’ll Be Accountable For: L&D and Creative Quality
- Curriculum Ownership: Design, implement, and maintain the comprehensive training curriculum, focusing on high‑fidelity e‑commerce design standards (e.g., advanced color theory, composition, mobile optimization, and advertising formats).
- Creative Certification Program: Develop and execute a mandatory Technical Creative Certification for all creative VAs, including practical assessment projects, detailed scoring rubrics, and final sign‑off processes.
- Targeted Skill Intervention: Collaborate with Operations to analyze creative performance metrics and client feedback, and design and deploy targeted coaching and training sessions to address identified skill gaps across the remote team.
- Instructional Delivery: Lead advanced, engaging virtual training sessions, workshops, and one‑on‑one mentorship that drives mastery in Adobe Suite and efficient creative workflows.
- Process Standardization: Create detailed SOPs and workflow templates for various creative assets, specializing in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and foundational After Effects/Premiere Pro for motion assets.
Required Expertise
- Creative L&D Experience: 2+ years of formal experience developing, managing, and delivering technical training or L&D programs, preferably within a remote or BPO setting.
- Professional Design Background: 3+ years of hands‑on professional experience in a graphic design or digital post‑production role, with a non‑negotiable emphasis on e‑commerce advertising and technical asset delivery. A world‑class design portfolio is mandatory.
- Adobe Suite Mastery (Mandatory): Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of foundational motion graphics tools (After Effects/Premiere Pro) for training purposes is also required.
- Documented Process Creation: Demonstrated ability to create clear lesson plans, instructional materials, assessment rubrics, and scalable creative SOPs.
Mandatory Technical Readiness
- Internet: A stable, wired internet connection (20 Mbps minimum).
- Hardware: PC/Laptop capable of running demanding graphic design software: Minimum Core i7 /Ryzen 7 equivalent with 16 GB RAM preferred.
