  • Creative Certification Program: Develop and execute a mandatory Technical Creative Certification for all creative VAs, including practical assessment projects, detailed scoring rubrics, and final sign‑off processes.
  • Targeted Skill Intervention: Collaborate with Operations to analyze creative performance metrics and client feedback, and design and deploy targeted coaching and training sessions to address identified skill gaps across the remote team.
  • Instructional Delivery: Lead advanced, engaging virtual training sessions, workshops, and one‑on‑one mentorship that drives mastery in Adobe Suite and efficient creative workflows.
  • Process Standardization: Create detailed SOPs and workflow templates for various creative assets, specializing in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and foundational After Effects/Premiere Pro for motion assets.
