Technical Consultant – ITSM & CSM Solutions

Location: South Africa (On-site)

Join a high-performing digital solutions team driving real change across South Africa and global markets. This is a hands-on opportunity for a solution-minded technical consultant passionate about low/no-code innovation, customer success, and scalable service delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Co-facilitate design thinking workshops with clients and stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into re-usable, scalable solution prototypes

  • Implement low/no-code configurations for ITSM & CSM platforms

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and solution guidance

  • Configure dashboards, integrations, workflows, and reports

  • Apply ITSM/CSM best practices to enhance customer operations

  • Collaborate on responsive web solutions and UI/UX initiatives

  • Share knowledge across teams and support platform optimisation

What You Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in ITSM or CSM environments

  • Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • Familiarity with Ivanti or similar platforms (advantageous)

  • Knowledge of ITIL, KCS, and integration principles

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills

  • Exposure to SQL, IIS, MySQL, HTML, Python, or Web Services a plus

  • Bonus: multilingual and digitally curious
