Are you a recent graduate in Food Science or Food Technology with a passion for innovation and hands-on technical support? Join our client, a leader in the food processing industry, and bring your knowledge to life in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support across Co-Ex, Equipment, and Ingredients product portfolios. Collaborate with Sales Managers and customers, run product trials, drive innovation, and support new product launches.
• Conduct technical product trials, demos & applications
• Troubleshoot and support customers on-site
• Train Area Sales Managers and support commercial success
• Run technical projects and contribute to R&D & innovation
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO and food safety standards

Qualifications

• Technical Application Specialist, Food Technology, or Food Engineering (graduates welcome!)
• Willingness to travel nationally
• Valid driver’s licence
• Exposure to food product development, processing, or application work
• Afrikaans proficiency is a bonus
