We are searching for a Technical and Innovation Specialist, responsible for driving technical excellence, promoting innovation and delivering solutions that improve product quality, production efficiency and sustainability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Innovation and Research
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes and products.
  • Research emerging technologies, tools and trends within the manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to prototype, test and refine new concepts.
Process Optimization
  • Analyse existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality and sustainability.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles and advanced process control methods.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
Technical Support
  • Provide expert technical guidance to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Optimise production processes to reduce waste, improve quality and enhance throughput.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and technical best practices.
Product Development
  • Work with engineering, operations and quality teams to address technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Use customer feedback and market insights to guide product improvements and innovation.
  • Ensure all product development activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Project Management
  • Manage technical and innovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare clear reports on project status, findings and recommendations.
Training and Knowledge Sharing
  • Train staff on new technologies, methods and technical tools.
