You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top tech talent across various disciplines, working alongside experienced consultants who value collaboration, performance, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen high-quality tech candidates for roles across the UK, including software development, DevOps, data, and infrastructure.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate candidate data.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline in line with current and future client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with UK-based consultants to meet client briefs and timelines.
  • Monitor and track recruitment KPIs to ensure consistent high performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in tech recruitment, with a proven track record as a top biller.
  • Must have direct experience working with the UK recruitment market.
  • Strong understanding of tech roles and terminology (e.g., developers, engineers, architects).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
