Aon Re Africa is looking to employ a Team Leader within our SA Treaty team, this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our head office in Sandton.
The role of a Team Leader entails spearheading the management of end-to-end administrative processes, ensuring seamless placement of reinsurance business while energizing a team committed to excellence. Your responsibilities will include producing, reviewing, and quality-checking renewal documentation with precision, coordinating vital transactional activities, and maintaining thorough compliance with regulatory standards.
As Team Leader, you’ll have the unique opportunity to both guide and inspire the broker support team and personally manage a diverse portfolio of clients—guaranteeing exceptional service delivery and cultivating strong, lasting relationships.
