The role involves managing Analysts, enhancing customer relationships, and driving efficiencies through skills in PowerBI and SQL. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in analysis, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills. The Service Lab consists of 14 unique functions that serve to centralise and departmentalise various functions throughout Discovery. To manage a team of Analysts and ensure performance standards are met while continuously identifying and driving efficiencies within the team. Driving improved customer relationships and adding value to customers and other stakeholders. To also gather requirements from business regarding creating efficiencies and making appropriate recommendations that serve to improve the existing processes.
