We are looking for an inspirational early career teacher to join the team. You can be trained for any phase from Primary upwards as long as you have the right transferable skills. The ideal candidate will
  • Be a qualified teacher
  • Have experience of working with children with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly autistic children
  • Ideally have experience of planning and implementing arts and crafts, DT and creative activities
  • Have the ability to promote Positive Behaviour Support in a nurturing environment
  • Be able to optimise the use of the onsite resources and facilities to design, deliver high quality and inspiring programmes to students at Woodley
  • Assess and support students using a variety of digital methods to maximise learner potential
  • Contribute to a high performing team through effective people management which ensures accountability and clarity of objectives and which utilises and develops the skills, knowledge and competencies of all staff members
  • Participate fully in personal professional development
  • Uphold the Schools behaviours and values at all times
