A leading healthcare organization in South Africa is looking for a Junior Service Desk Agent to manage customer interactions and provide efficient IT support. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate and relevant IT certifications such as A+, N+, and MCSE. You will be responsible for logging incidents, prioritizing requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a pressurized environment. Previous experience in an IT service desk is essential for success in this role.
