Talent and Organisational Development Leader

Key to our company's success is the ability to deliver strategic HR projects that drive organisational transformation, workforce optimisation, and people innovation.

As a Talent and Organisational Development Leader, you will play a key role in leading and delivering these projects.

Strategic Project Management

Lead cross-functional HR projects from initiation to completion, develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans, track and report on project milestones and KPIs.

Executive Reporting

Coordinate, prepare, and collate high-quality HR presentations and reports for executive audiences, translate complex HR data and insights into compelling narratives.

HR Leadership Team Coordination

Drive the monthly HR Leadership Team meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and tracking of decisions and actions.

Change Management & Organisational Development

Lead change initiatives that support culture transformation, restructuring, and capability building.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial psychology, business administration, or related field, project management certification, postgraduate qualification in HR, strategy, or business leadership, and significant progressive HR experience.
