Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day application and system support.
  • Analyse, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues.
  • Take ownership of incidents and see them through to resolution.
  • Perform preventative and routine system maintenance.
  • Monitor systems and processes and identify gaps in monitoring.
  • Escalate unresolved issues according to defined procedures.
  • Maintain accurate incident records, reports, and knowledge base updates.
  • Participate in standby/on-call support and production deployments.
  • Assist with deployments of new services and system enhancements.
  • Support root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
  • Mentor and assist junior support engineers.
