  • Capture and process stock creditors and resolve queries.
  • Support ISO compliance and participate in audits.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and generate reports.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the work area.
  • Support cross-functional teams with management requests.
Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Support: Assist with interviews, contracts, disciplinary processes, and HR documentation compliance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain records for top 20 customers, handle queries, complaints, and export orders, and ensure timely updates and communication.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Oversee raw material procurement, maintain supplier relationships, ensure cost-effective purchasing, and update supplier records.
  • Administration: Provide general administrative support, manage internal and external communications, maintain filing systems, and assist with IT and QuickBooks issues.
  • Creditors: Capture and process stock creditors, ensure all required documentation is in place, and resolve queries promptly.
  • Compliance & Audits: Support ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance, participate in internal and external audits, and maintain BBBEE certification visibility.
  • Meetings & Reporting: Attend and record meeting minutes, create business templates, and generate reports as needed.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  • Other Duties: Support cross-functional teams and perform any tasks reasonably requested by management.
