Job description

A large and well established Mining Company based in the Gauteng Province, has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Engineering Electrical. The incumbent will be responsible for

providing and maintaining a safe environment with minimum risk to the health and safety of employees in the section. Providing quality assurance of equipment received from the suppliers as well as the performing electrical, mechanical and technical problem solving.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 / N3 Qualification
• Multi-Skilled Foreman’s certificate of competency
• 4‑6 years as an appointed Supervisory
• 4 years experience as an Artisan (Electrical)
• Experience with overhead crane and tower crane, inspection, maintenance and fault findings
• 5 years underground mining experience.
• Knowledge of substation inspection, maintenance and legal compliance
