Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing (Agency or In-house), with a proven track record in Africa and other global markets.
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse).
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to push back and consult rather than just take orders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles.
• Build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre-qualified candidates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate role requirements.
• Engage candidates with high-touch outreach campaigns.
• Gather intelligence on competitor layoffs, salary trends, and candidate motivations.
