Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Learning & Development.
• 2+ years in a strategic or middle management role.
• Proven success in managing SETA submissions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver blended learning programmes.
• Implement learning technologies to enable scalable delivery.
• Oversee the submission of WSP and ATR in line with SETA requirements.
